LICENSE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This software (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is provided to the user under a limited, non-exclusive license for lawful use in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
The developer of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") — Minerva X — is not affiliated with, partnered, or associated in any way with the company Fenix International Limited, its subsidiaries, trademarks, websites, or other intellectual property owned by said company. The Program is not an official product of OnlyFans and is not endorsed by it.

2. PURPOSE AND PERMITTED USE
The Program is intended solely for the analysis of statistical data, content management, and automation of routine tasks within the framework of lawful activities and third-party service terms.
The Program is NOT intended or designed for the creation, distribution, processing, or storage of pornographic materials, nor for any other actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or any other jurisdiction.
The user agrees to refrain from:
- creating, publishing, or distributing pornographic materials using the Program;
- performing actions that violate moral, ethical, or legal norms;
- bypassing technical protection measures or access restrictions of third-party services;
- gaining unauthorized access to data or accounts of other persons.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user bears full and sole responsibility for all actions performed with the use of the Program, including any legal consequences arising therefrom.
The Developer shall not be liable for:
- any legal violations committed by the user through the use of the Program;
- creation, distribution, or use of materials contrary to applicable law;
- blocking or deletion of user accounts by third-party services;
- any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, profit loss, or reputational harm.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
The Program is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any express or implied warranties of suitability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Program and assumes no obligation for technical support, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

5. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement defines the terms of use of the Minerva X service and software, regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties, the scope of provided functionality, data processing rules, and usage restrictions.
6. APPLICATION FUNCTIONS
The Program and service provide:
- statistical data analysis;
- automation of user actions;
- content management and technical data processing;
- other functions defined by the Owner.
Functionality may be modified without notice.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The User consents to the processing of information, including personal data provided during the use of the site and application.
Processing includes: recording, structuring, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), including cross‑border transfers, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Personal data does not fall under special categories requiring written consent.
The service does not guarantee the security of personal data and does not guarantee their non‑disclosure upon requests from official government bodies.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes are reviewed by the Service Owner. The User agrees that their claims may be dismissed and that refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By using the service, the User confirms full acceptance of the Agreement and acknowledges responsibility for any violations.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Owner may amend the Agreement unilaterally. The User must independently check for updates.
All matters not regulated by this Agreement are governed by applicable Russian law.
